Educational Qualification

  1. Section Officer – Graduation in any discipline with 3 Years experience.
  2. Lower Division Clerk – Graduate and English Typing @ 35 wpm OR Hindi Typing @ 30 wpm in computer.
  3. Junior Engineer (Civil) – BE/ B-Tech in relevant field with 1 Year experience OR Diploma in Engineering in the relevant field with 3 Years experience.
  4. Private Secretary – Graduate with 3-5 Years experience. Stenography test and typing speed on computer.
  5. Personal Assistant – Graduation in any discipline. Proficiency in Stenography & Typing speed. 2 Years experience.
  6. Upper Division Clerk – Graduate with 2 Years experience. Speed in English Typing @ 35 wpm OR Speed in Hindi Typing @ 30 wpm
  7. Assistant – Graduation with 3 Years experience. Proficiency in computer.
  8. Driver – 10th Pass with Valid Commercial Driving License and 5 Years experience.
  9. Library Attendant – 12th Pass. Certificate course in Library Science and 1 Year experience.
  10. Statistical Assistant – Graduation in Statistics OR Graduate in Mathematics with Statistics OR Graduate in Economics with Statistics OR Graduate in Commerce with Statistics.

  2. Upper Division Clerk -: Rs 25500/- to 81100/- PM
  3. Section Officer /Private Secretary -: Rs 44900/- to 142400/- PM
  4. Personal Assistant /Assistant /Junior Engineer (Civil) -: Rs 35400/- to 112400/- PM
  5. Lower Division Clerk /Driver -: Rs 19900/- to 63200/- PM
  6. Statistical Assistant -: Rs 29200/- to 92300/- PM

Age Limit

  • Section Officer/ Private Secretary/ Personal Assistant/ Junior Engineer/ UDC/ LDC/Driver -: Maximum 40 Years
  • Assistant/ Statistical Assistant/ Library Attendant -: Maximum 35 Years
