Specific Qualification
To apply on this post, candidates must have a Graduation degree must have an equivalent qualification from a recognized institute/ Board.
For General Manager (GM) : Central/State Govt. officers working in analogous grade (Level-14) in the relevant discipline or in SG (Level13) with 17 years service in Group A in the relevant discipline. OR
PSU employees working in analogous grade in the relevant discipline OR in Rs. 1,00,000 – 2,60,000 (lDA) (E7) with four years’ service in that grade.
Deputy Chief Project Manager (Additional General Manager) DY. CPM (AGM) : Central/State Govt. officers working in analogous grade (Level-13A) in the relevant discipline or in Selection Grade (Level-13) with minimum 12 years in Group A in the relevant discipline or in Rs. 90000-240000 (lDA) (E6) with four years’ service in the grade.
Deputy Chief Project Manager (Joint General Manager) DY. CPM (JGM) : Central/State Govt. officers working in analogous substantive grade (Level-13) in the relevant discipline or in Junior Administrative Grade (JAG) (Level12) with 8-12 years’ service in Group A in the relevant discipline or PSU employees working in analogous grade in relevant discipline or in Rs. 80000-220000 (lDA) (E5) with four years’ service in the grade.
Project Manager (Deputy General Manager) PM (DGM)- Central/State Govt. officers holding Sr. Scale (Level-11) posts or Central/State Govt. officers with 10 years service in Group B and holding cadre posts in Level 10 in their parent Cadre or PSU employees working in analogous grade in relevant discipline or in Rs. 70000- 200000 (lDA) (E4) with four years’ service in the grade.
Salary Structure
As per rule. Appropriately Suitable Personnel selected for GM/Dy CPM/PM (S&T) Post will be entitled to the Parent Pay Plus Deputation Allowance.
