| Catering Supervisor | To apply this post Candidates must have Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management or Hotel Management & Catering Technology or Hospitality & Hotel Administration or Catering Science & Hotel Management with one year of experience. OR Candidates should have a Diploma in Catering and 3 years of experience. OR Candidates should have a PG Diploma in Hotel Management and 2 years of experience. The experience should be in a supervisory capacity in an Industrial Canteen or an established Hotel catering to more than 300 persons. Candidates should be capable of providing top-grade canteen services using modern state-of-the-art kitchen equipment. The experience should be after obtaining the relevant qualification. |

Selection Process
Candidates Selected on the basis of –
Computer Based Written Test
- OBJECTIVE TYPE QUESTIONS
(i) General Hindi
(ii) General English 50 objective type questions carrying one mark
each.
The questions shall be to test the knowledge of the candidates in understanding
the language , correct usage of words, Idioms and Phrases. The questions could
be in the nature of
(i) Translation of words in Hindi to English and vice-versa;
(ii) Making sentences to bring out the difference between two similar sounding
words;
(iii) Correct usage of grammar in sentences both in Hindi and English
(iv) Synonyms and Antonyms : etc. - DESCRIPTIVE TYPE QUESTIONS
Descriptive type questions, consist of
(i) Two passages for translation from Hindi to English and vice versa, carrying
20 marks each; and
(ii) Expansion of a given thought (any two out of four thoughts) carrying 5
marks each.
Skill Test
Two passages, one each in Hindi and English, for precis writing carrying 20 marks
each, and two passages for translation from Hindi to English and vice versa,
carrying 30 marks each.
Age Limit
As per Rule.
Minimum Age – 18 years
Maximum Age – 35 years
Application Fees
You will have to deposit some amount at the time of filling the application form. Candidates belonging to fee-exempted categories will be refunded the full fee. Other candidates will be refunded Rs. 500 after retaining the application fee of Rs. 250.
UR/OBC/EWD Candidates – Rs 750/-
SC/ ST/PWD/Women/Others Candidates – Nil
