Experience in managing projects for customer journeys, designing customer journeys, driving cross-functional interactions with business, IT teams to deliver new journeys. |
Senior Special Executive – Quality & Training (Inbound & Outbound) | Candidates should have Post Qualification Experience of 5 years of which CC of Banks 2 years or Bank BPO 2 years or Other BPO 3 years (Operations). Deep knowledge of Contact Centre (inbound and outbound) fundamentals, key performance metrics, agent rostering, WFH and scheduling of agents as per skill set. |
