Salary Structure

Allowances
- NPA(Non Practicing Allowance)
The element of such allowance has been included in the monthly emolument
indicated above. - PG allowance
For PG degree holder – Rs.200/- per month.
For PG Diploma holder – Rs100/- per month.
This allowance is also already included in the total emoluments mentioned
above. Hence, in case the Senior Resident is having only PG Diploma, a sum
of Rs.100/- and in case he/she neither has PG Degree nor Diploma, a sum of
Rs.200/- per month will be deducted from his/her emoluments. - Dearness Allowance, (HRA & Transport Allowance )
Entitlement to these allowances is as per Central Government rules on the
basis of their monthly emoluments. - Book Allowance
Book Allowance to be granted to the Senior Residents at the rate of Rs.1500/-
per annum in two installments of six months each. The books/journals
purchased shall be embossed at three places by an officer appointed by the
head of institution for this purpose.
